Well, let's see. I've made some changes to the picture interface at the left. Now, you can browse without losing the current image that you're looking at. In order to return to the new, hit the "close picture" button at the top right corner of the picture. Right now the pictures have lost their border because of this, and I know that's really ugly. <tech talk>But I'm working on a way to fix this, entailing opening the binary data of the image and reading the actual dimensions of the pictures and then closing that connection and making the table exactly that wide/long. It's really neat.</tech talk>

Now, I'm not going to impliment this fix to the outline in the current picture interface. I'm working on a whole brand new one, with half the code and twice the efficiency, plus a ton more features. I've been working on it for the past couple of days, and it's exactly as I said it would be in one of my previous posts. It's going to store information of pictures in a database (which I have already implimented) and now I'll be able to add directory comments as well, not just picture comments. Then you'll be able to search the database for say pictures of yourself, or pictures you took, or any pictures on such and such a date (this I have not yet implimented).

So go take a look, it's up at /betapics.asp. I only have comments for the root directory and the flembo directory right now, and no picture comments as of yet. But the main thing I want people to take a look at is what happens when you hold your mouse of the Flembo directory, which has a comment. It's really awesome. So go take a look.
