OK, after midnight or so on February 16th (I guess that'd be the morning of the 17th) Insight@HOME is switching it's jazz over to InsightBB.com. It's a dumb name, and I hate it, but whatever. So anyway, that means new IP addresses and a new email address. Well, during the update, which will take until about noon, my internet will be down. After that, I won't get home that night until about 11:00, and then I can update the DNS servers. This'll mean that it'll take about another 24 hours to 48 hours to reupdate there, and then the site will be back up. So basically it'll probably be down all of the 17th, 18th, and most of the 19th I'm going to guess. Good news is there's huge possibilities, such as possible uncappage for me. That'd be nice.
For those of you wondering what you have to do for setup, just note that I never installed my @home software and always just used DHCP updating and automatic configuration, so after the update on the sixteenth I'll just be changing my mail server. If you do use that software, or aren't sure, visit newuser.insightbb.com or something like that. Anyway, hopefully this is a change for the better (other than email).
