I'm having some caching problems, in which if i click comments for a post, then click the back button, it displays a cache of my page ... from about three days ago ... I wonder why this is randomly happening, I've never had this problem. Anyone else having this problem? let me know in the comments

I tried to post a comment the other day in Chef's parable post, and I got a run-time error. As i know next to nothing about programming, this could be related. I couldn't go back to thespork.com for a while. I went to a few other sites, then came back and everything was fine again.

the run-time error was more than likely while I was working on the site if it was only temporary ...
