While I really want the

While I really want the entry directly below this one to be the news post on TOP of my site right now, I have some stuff to talk about.

After writing that essay discussed in entry 785 (4 or 5 down) from this one, I obviously went to bed. However, this was 3:30 in the morning that I went to bed. NOT COOL. I got up at 5:30 and was extremely tired, obviously, and was incredibly lucky when my Dad started making coffee right at about 6:50 when I was about to leave. I decided to wait for at least a cup to brew into the pot, and snagged one out before leaving. This saved me from what probably would have been a horrible day. I was so awake!

In fact, I was so awake that for the first time a teacher told me to stop answering questions. Hehe. Normally I sleep in math class (first period, Mr. Davis) ... or at least fight to stay awake but can't. But the caffeine had me so pumped and good to go that my attention span was phenomenal. I was so awake I answered all of Mr. Davis's rhetorical questions like "what will big R equal." Three quarters of the way through class he told me "John, you dont' have to answer anymore, I know you've got this down." I tried apologizing and blamed it on the caffeine saying "I'm sorry, I'm actually awake today" and he told me not to apologize. English I turned in the shitty paper, and then photography we're working on these multiangle pieces, I'm not sure what they're called.

Afterschool, I ran for the third day in a row! I started out at 6.5 miles per hour and kept that for the first two miles and then decreased by .1 every quarter mile from then out. Then I went and lifted weights (which really strained my muscles, I worked them pretty hard) and i was afraid I'd be sore today but luckily was not.

Last night, my younger brother and I along with Joe (older bro) and his four friends that came home with him for spring break all went to Molly Malones. There, everyone drank Guiness or Black and Tan while Jimmy drank Diet Coke and I water. But it was a lot of fun, Joe has some really great friends and Jimmy kept making fun of one of them. Once conversation between he and Chris (the guy he kept making fun of): (oh, keep in mind that this guy chris is like a really BIG guy (not fat big just BIG big)

Jim: I play lacrosse
Chris: Yeah my brother plays lacrosse, I bet he could kick your ass
Jim: I be I could kick YOUR ass.
Everyone: ::snicker, laugh, "aw damn"'s::

We stayed till about 9:15, Jimmy and I, and then left the group to go home. They supposedly stayed and hit multiple bars around the bardstown road area. They even did karaoke at Wick's pizza supposedly.

Today Joe gave me his birthday present, and before I disclose what that was, it requires a little background. Last year, for Joe's twenty first, I went and saw Tenacious D when they came and did the CD signing at Ear-x-tacy. I got them to write "Happy B-Day Joe" and "Happy 21st" on it. Kyle ended up writing "Happy B-Day Gor" (huh?) and Jack wrote "Happy 25" instead of 21. Diya was there though and had Jack put a heart on it, which was funny. So Jack drew a heart. Anyway, Joe gave me my present which was Dismemberment Plan's autograph! I could have gotten this myself when they came to Lexington, but it would have taken forever and we wanted to get out of there. So yeah, all of them signed, and Eric did the happy birthday at the bottom for me. Even Joe agrees that he's the nicest of the members.

So yeah, that's exciting, and now I've some math homework to do.

Ciao, Spork.

If you truly worked those muscles they should be sore 2 days after lifting.

well, obviously we know I didn't truly work them because they weren't even sore the next day, just that night
